Kugel Construction built this 2,252-square-foot Taco Bell in Mead, near Spokane, Washington, with a drive-thru, utilities, stormwater systems, landscaping, and complete site improvements. Part of the site was more than two feet lower than the plans showed. Our team identified the discrepancy and found an economical way to bring the ground to the required level without delaying construction. Working with many subcontractors who were new to Kugel, we coordinated the build and handed over the restaurant ahead of schedule—including solar and EV charging, a first in our Taco Bell experience.
