Kugel Construction delivered a ground-up, multi-tenant retail building designed for high visibility, easy access, and parking that keeps customer flow simple. The project included new construction of an approximately 9,844 SF retail building with four tenant spaces (including drive-thru-capable space), plus the site and utility coordination required to open multiple storefronts smoothly.
