The ~2,200 SF build integrated full mechanical and plumbing systems with carefully coordinated site work to ensure seamless access, circulation, and drive-thru performance. Built within an active retail center, the project required precise coordination across landlord requirements, utilities, inspections, and storefront readiness to hit opening day.
