Adaptive-Reuse Restaurant Conversion in on Seattle's Eastside

Located in
Redmond, WA
Kugel Construction converted a long-standing Dairy Queen into a brand-approved Taco Bell, transforming an existing 2,048 SF restaurant into a modern drive-thru asset at one of Redmond’s best-known corners. By preserving the existing footprint and parking while delivering the kitchen, signage, trash, grease, and site-entry upgrades required for a new national tenant, Kugel helped reposition the property more efficiently than a ground-up build. It's a strong example of how turning aging restaurant real estate into a refreshed site built for visibility, speed, and long-term brand performance can drive ROI.
